1. Roll ground beef into balls and season it with salt and pepper followed by egg yolks. Then, rest it in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
2. Heat the pan until it is very hot. Then, grill burger with olive oil until it is cooked on both sides. After that, grill garlics and bring them up to rest.
3. Toast burger buns on the pan. Add cheese and beef burger in the middle. Season it with Sriraja Panich chili sauce before serving with vegetable salad.
