Sriraja Panich Chicken Salad


200 grams chicken breast
½ teaspoon ground white pepper
3 tablespoons Sriraja Panich chili sauce
3 tablespoons Golden Mountain seasoning sauce (green cap)
1 teaspoon olive oil
Vegetables for roasting
Fresh vegetables


1. Gently pound chicken with a meat mallet.

2. Marinate chicken with Golden Mountain seasoning sauce (green cap), pepper, Sriraja Panich chili sauce and olive oil for at least half hour.

3. Grill it in the pan with medium heat until cooked on both sides

4. Grill vegetables

5. Serve it with fresh vegetables
